How to Cancel Your Order
To cancel your order, please email us at support@brassya.com within 24 hours after completing your purchase.

If your order has not yet been processed or shipped, we’ll issue a full refund to your original payment method.

If more than 24 hours have passed or the order has already been shipped, we’re unable to cancel it. However, you may still be eligible for a return or exchange under our Return & Refund Policy.
